Institute of Change and Transformation Professionals Asia
The Institute of Change and Transformation Professionals Asia (ICTPA) was created as the result of a Skype conversation that our Founder had with a colleague which then prompted two surveys in 2019 which gave a clear mandate to pursue an Asia-centric professional change and transformation body. It also recognised that the diverse and distinct cultures of different Asia countries had an impact on how change and transformation is practiced.
The foundations are still being laid for the official launch of the ICTPA but there is already a widespread and significant level of interest in what we are doing.
The following 15 countries are currently in scope … Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. We already have dedicated and focused Country Representatives for 12 out of those 15 countries.
We would be happy to bring into scope any other country that considers themselves to be part of Asia.
The main focus of the ICTPA is currently to provide change and transformation:
- Training and Education
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Certification and/or Accreditation
- Networking Events, Webinars and Podcasts
- Job related services
To advance change and transformation practices across the Region by leveraging local insights and perspectives to deliver meaningful and measurable value to individuals and organizations
As the Region’s professional body we seek to collaborate with organizations and educational institutions to build the competencies and skills of change and transformation practitioners through the sharing of knowledge and the setting of professional standards.
